Comparing charges
In order to make a like for like comparison, please give us the opportunity to comment on fees from our competitors. If they are genuinely providing a better, more cost effective and compliant service we will acknowledge this, and then re-examine our own proposal.
In all instances we enter into formal terms of engagement with you that set out our mutual responsibilities. We do not however use these terms to bind you financially to long duration; we believe you should retain the right to terminate any arrangement with us without fear of financial penalty. All our engagements are open in this way and may be terminated at any time. |
